| Junior Takes the Mayakoba
John Rogers adds a Mexican Mayakoba to his resume which includes a 2006 Players and 2007 Pods.
Congrats John! or should I say, congrats John Jr. Apparently Mr Rogers let his son pick his team
this week.
With this victory, John launches himself 10 spots in the rankings, now setting in 13th overall.
With that pace, he should be sheriff in no time.
Heartbreak hotel for Hayward as Funk chokes on Sunday costing him the his 1st victory in two years.
Hayward may have the longest shut out streak* to date and yesterday can only damage his dreams.
However, with a 2nd place showing, Hayward is now top 10 material, setting in 8th overall. He has
to be happy about that. But I know, this 2nd place finish just has to hurt.
Although a Roger's won this week. Another Roger's flunked this week as Tim falls from 6th overall to 20th
with a 30th place showing this week. That has to sting a bit.
Other news shows who else but Keyser as our new, or should I say, original anchor. He loves
being on the bottom. Kelly on the other hand, keeps his sheriff responsibilities however looking
in his review mirror are Voytek, Phillips, Long
and West and they are definitely closer than they appear.
Speaking of Voytek, he finally hits the 2:1 bringing him home $40 bones for the week. Nice going Voytek!
*Correction - The longest streak since a victory goes to Crouse. He hasnt seen the bright light in
55 tournaments!! The 2nd is Voytek with 52 tournys. THEN HAYWARD at 48. I wont tell you guys who is 4th at 41.
But Norman is at 29 and Houston at 30. See the Tally Board - I updated a column which shows how long its been
since you tasted glory.
